Tips

  • If you're looking for a "west coast" style coffee house, look no further... Ebenezer's serves it up right! Come in, relax, have a good conversation...
  • Best local coffee shop in DC. Trumps Starbucks any day.
  • Great place, greater purpose :)
  • Good coffee & nice people. It's a great place to come when you're near Union Station. If there are no special meetings going on, check out the basement/performace space. Great place to hang out!
  • The Tuscan Chicken Salad is really just chicken salad with lettuce. :-(
  • Wow. I had this awesome this smooth, West Coast style, dark-roast blend of premium beans espresso that has a smoky sweetness that is enhanced by a rich aroma. Have no idea what the brand was - boo!
  • Sometimes I catch myself tapping my foot to the Christian rock here.
  • Be careful. They ask for a $5 credit card minimum.
  • Creepy spot. Propaganda heavy. Good coffee with a questionable cause.
  • Coolest coffee shop/live music venue in DC. Originally built for travelers coming into Union Station, Ebenezers is now a bustling hot spot for Congressmen and professionals to socialize and work.
  • Place is mad chill..
  • Bit crowded but most folks seem friendly enough to let you share a table. Plenty of outlets near the bar. Free Wi-Fi is solid, too. Wifi password: raindrop
  • Old school diet cokes in the mini-bottles!
  • Great place for coffee, lunch, or just a meeting place. Good coffee, quality food, great atmosphere, and friendly staff...what more could you want? :)
  • Pleasant little place and a great pit stop for Union Station commuters on their way home.
  • Great atmosphere, friendly baristas, good coffee.
  • Great atmosphere, friendly baristas and good coffee.
  • Really cute. Good coffee. Not too expensive either. I always get an iced mocha with a shot of caramel. :)
  • Cute and tasty, but if you're a freedom-from-religion person, it may not be comfortable. The shop I'd church-owned and there's a lot of Christian merchandise on display. It's not pushy, just there.
  • Good luck trying to feel like a regular here if you aren't a member of their church! The staff won't even notice you.
