  • The meatballs will not let you down, unless you don't eat meat. In that case, I have no tip for you.
  • Just keep asking for food until they stop you. No-one knows how the menu math works.
  • This place is amazing. Like Chipotle but with healthy food and 8 zillion times better.
  • Great spot to get a healthy and seasonal meal to-go! We like the Spicy Meatballs with Spanish Brown Rice, Sweet Potato Casserole, Slaw and Tomato & Cucumber Salad.
  • Cheap healthy food. Start with brown rice or greens, pick protein (faves R spicy meatballs & braised beef) & 3 sides. No guilt. - Marc Sinoway, Hunting Season
  • A healthy place to eat. You can skip the carbs here.
  • I was impressed. Big portions and healthy food. Loved the meatballs and Brussels sprouts. Get there early, the line gets pretty long for lunch.
  • Brussels sprouts are so delicious at this place.
  • healthy alternative similar to Whole Foods bar...
  • if the line at chopt is long cross the street and try this place for a great salad
  • Downstairs seating area is a perfect place for incidental eye contact, heart flutters, and ultimately, missed connection fodder <3
  • Cold tofu salad looks, um, less than appealing. Eat it anyway! So yummy.
  • Paleo tip: lemon chicken, braised beef, kale with asparagus, broccoli with almonds, roasted sweet potatoes.
  • Amazingly fresh, seasonal food. Select a small or large marketplate, choose 1 protein, 1 carb/lettuce and 3 sides. Lemon chicken, arugula with brussel sprouts, glazed sweet potato and beet lentil chs
  • Get the beets! They are amazing!
  • Very good for Paleo eating. Spicy meatballs and roasted sweet potatoes is the best combo. Hard to get a table during lunch our, but in a beautiful day, it's the perfect picnic to take to the park.
  • Not cheap, but very good ingredients/healthy.
