Tips

  • Do you like meat? Great. This place is amazing. Do you not like meat? Go home to your granola.
  • Pig parts! Offal Tartare! Sit at bar and watch and feel the wood fire oven. Best resto in SF.
  • Former Incanto chef, Chris Cosentino, runs this delicious establishment. He embraces reinvented San Francisco classics like celery Victor, as well as a medley of shellfish and seafood.
  • Groups should go for the pin-bone steak ($110 for four), a generous and stunning platter that feels like a Viking banquet. If youre not a Viking, theres a culottethat was juicy and so tender.
  • Great food. Heart tartare was amazing as was the oyster omelette
  • If you like meat, get the bacon chop. But be warned, its probably bigger than your apartment.
  • N'chips and a mug of beer please
  • Amazing meat-centric spot
  • Grilled cheese with duck egg
  • Get the pig head
  • Come here for some fun twists on classic SF dishes, including a great Celery Victory, and some unpretentious meaty goodness.
  • The hamburger is a burger out of ground ham and topped with butter lettuce, grilled onions, dijon mustard and gruyere.
  • Chris Costentino's new spot - expect lots of unique meat cuts. There's also plenty for pescetarians, and the veggie dishes are delicious (though maybe on the meat-y side).
  • Try the celery Victor and Hangtown fry.
  • Beef tartare! Delicious.
  • An excellent spot for carnivores. The bacon pork chop was incredibly juicy and flavorful. The rotating daily specials offered unique twists like flour free linguine noodles made with pork skin
  • Costentino's new spot
  • Pigs head in limited quantities and well worth it. Brined, braised, and then roasted. Where else you gonna eat one? Might as well be from a chef who is a master of meats.
  • Chris Costentino's newest spot- can't wait to try it!
  • Recommend the spaghettini
