Tips
- Ive yet to meet a dumpling here I havent liked. Get the trio of juicy lamb pot stickers hiding beneath a lacy cover fried to a golden crisp. - Sietsema
- The desserts look better than they taste.
- Tam tam noodles and all the dumplings are great.
- Lamb potstickers!
- Lamb potstickers- a crunchy lacy topping
- Get the open-faced pork bun. Trust me.
- Recommend the following the traditional Peruvian chicken dish, ceviche with flounder. The Peru alcoholic seasonal drink with purple corn and lemon grass. The pork belly fried rice if hungry. Cooll.
- The long waits are worth it: Try out the terrific dim sum, a first-class pisco sour and the house signature seviche, Clsico la Mar.
- If you've been to a number of Jos Andres restaurants, this one stands out for being the most different. Peruvian street food skewers were most worth my $.
- Ask for Jeremy to be your server and def try the Concolon, Uni, and Seco de Res. Plus they make an excellent pisco sour!
- Aeropuerto
- A little on the pricey side but worth every penny! One of the best food experiences in D.C. Superb.
- Heres your perfect dinner for two: Chilcanos to drink, then split the pork buns, dim sum, and lomo saltado.
- Pricey, but SO, SO GOOD! The lomo saltado was incredible, the causa was simply delicious. One of the best culinary experiences I've had in DC.
