  • Ceviche, fois gras... Let the chefs choose for you. The service is always impeccable.
  • The Jamon Iberico is well worth the price. Though you can't go wrong with the Trevelez either.
  • The desserts are every bit as amazing as the tapas.
  • Heat ham, stuffed eggplant and churros. Always a wonderful meal.
  • Had the bruschetta with edamame, braesola, beet and kale salad, tamale, scallops, and brussel sprouts - all good. Show stopper was the oxtail stew. Highly recommend. You'll want to order another!

  • Try the Beef Pilota - With morcilla in a carrot-pea broth. Soooo good. The Morcilla filling is so incrediy smooth.
  • Try the Savarin - With summer fruits.
  • Sit at the bar and be privy to the passion of the people who work here! Had the charcuterie platter - simply delicious!
  • Try the Supergilda - 2 tapas in 1? A pan con tomate + poncho Gilda (pickled sardine, olive). Freakin' delicious (pictured right)
