  • Advertised as "Tex Mex" but it's not (IMO, and I lived in Austin for 20+ years) but it's damn fine Mexican food. Damn fine.
  • The Chicken Fried Chicken it to die for.
  • I tend to shy away from fancy Mexican restaurants; unless it's authentic. However, today I was surprised about their pozole. It's almost as good as my friend's abuelita home cooking!
  • Good food. Try the margarita
  • Try the Mexican Lemonade! It's regular lemonade, slightly fizzy, with a dash of jalapeos. Surprisingly delicious
  • The grilled jalapenos are amazing. Be warned, they are spicy.
  • I've never been a big fan of flan, but theirs is the best I've ever had. And I'm from Texas.
  • Prickly pear mojito and chicken fried chicken!
  • Be sure to check out the specials... Try to find a seat in the bar and grab a quick bite/dinner. Spicy margarita is the perfect balance!
  • Visit Cactus, is a great place to drink Pueblo Viejo Tequila.
  • Great nachos.
  • Amazing atmosphere , delicious food .. I enjoyed every bite of it .. plus the staff are extremely friendly , and as our first time in here they offered us a dessert on the house
  • The tortilla soup is delicious!
  • Cocktails and ceviche are delicious. Service is great.
  • Quesadilla
  • We loved the virgin drinks, the chop chop salad, and the enchiladas. Great vibe, friendly staff, and sitting outside on the heated patio.
  • Everything is fine; nothing is great.
  • Close with a flourish this spring break and enjoy a refreshing Pueblo Viejo Cocktail here at Cactus.
  • Love the cocktails especially the Sage
  • Great drinks, good food and cool vibe.
