Tips

  • The giant souffle with 4 types of sauces is cute and fluffy!
  • Very average and overpriced dinner. Dover sole was over cooked and too salty on one side and not seasoned on the other. Sides very average. Service attentive. Better go next door to Flint at Marriott
  • Nice lobster bisque here.
  • Romantic restaurant for dinner. You must try the homemade lobster bisque and pan-seared sea bass!
  • Big portions for a French restaurant. Quiet on a Sunday night
  • My favorite buffet in HK with gourmet dishes. I love the raclette cheese station and the inventive appetizers.
  • They are having a 4-course set menu special now. I chose their crab salad vs foie gras. Lobster bisque. Perfectly cooked Sea Bass vs steak. Mouth watering passionfruit meringue to finish.
  • Crab salad + steak
  • awesomely good but heftily priced kilpatrick (hkd110/pc). Had mushroom soup that was too watered down to my liking but tasted very good too. Fillet mignon perfectly grilled. Service was excellent.
  • Private rest airiing away from the hustle and bustle. Nice wine list. Great delicate french flavors and tentative staff.
  • The salad bar is worth the visit! Seasonal fresh produce from France rotates regularly. Great for vegetarians although there are some seafood dishes in the mix.
  • Foie gras, lobster, great buffet selection
  • Best buffet ever
  • @ Brasserie on the 8th: The home of traditional French Cuisine. Serving traditional French home cooking with an open kitchen, an extensive salad counter and dessert display.
