Tips

  • Dual concept butcher and upscale steakhouse that serves carpet bagger steak in the half-shell. What's not to like?
  • Top quality meats, excellent sides, impeccable service, and a really nice space. The meat is cooked to perfection, unlike any other place in the in the city. Try the prime aged ribeye.
  • Everything we had was amazing. Steak tartar, filet, wagu steak, key lime pie. Decor and service was also top. Its not cheap but quality is worth it.
  • You must to eat cheesecake. Its incredible
  • Must try the Chief Tommy Bacon as an appetizer. Its off the charts.
  • The steaks are all great but you should try the carpetbaggers and bacon 3 ways.
  • Lovely ambiance and attentive service
  • Try a flight of lamb, pork, and beef bacon before tackling the massive Gearhart Ranch wagyu cowboy cut steak, or splurge on the restaurant's certified authentic Kobe beef.
  • Gorgeous, best service, cocktails are tops and amazing dry aged beef. Creative apps like house cured bacon. Very good wine selection.

  • Amazing place. A must try.
  • Spent only one night in Houston and coming to this place for dinner was such a great idea.. loved it! Super nice place, great service, and my filet was delicious. Drink a boulevardier for me, so good!
  • Cool place wonderfully cocktails and menu!
  • Their specialty is TX-raised wagyu beef & inhouse, dry-aged prime steak, sourced from Idaho or Colorado. Many highlights on the menu that I cannot include but you must know there is a upstairs patio!
  • Great value for Houston Restaurant Weeks - three course meal for $45, excluding alcohol. Great choices and able to help with Celiac diner
  • Pricey but luxe
  • Sandwiches are awesome
  • Cool place. Spotty service with a number of big mistakes on dishes. Food was good though, particularly the starters and steak.
  • I have been here a couple of times now, there is nothing on the menu I wouldn't suggest. Personally I love the lamb burger and in the picture the crab cake sandwich. Check this kitchen out for sure!
