Foursquare Tips

  • Try the doonbar! Mmm
  • Great yard, fine ales and good food. The "frito mixto" was nice ("tasty seaweed" are 2 words I thought I'd never write together) and the steak was quite something.
  • Roomy pub with great outdoor space
  • Cozy old pub tucked away in a hidden residential street. Lovely gastro pub food - good for a proper dinner but not for a light bite.
  • Important tip for newbies, this is a gentleman's pub; the queue system is very simple, gentlemanly and adhered to. Not like the bald half wit tot this evening who got angry with everybody to boot!
  • Every Friday after work. Always ppl in the pavement but for some reason everybody loves the place. Nothing special tho.
  • Nice pub, shit staff.
  • Busy Victorian pub with good range of beers, enjoyably chatty atmosphere in the evenings (when it can get packed)
  • Casual local pub with good selection of lagers and IPAs
  • Crowded with tourists. Nice place to have a drink (good selection of ales and wines). Avoid the food though. I Wouldn't recommend as a place to have a meal.
  • One of the great Chelsea pubs which has been doing well for years and years....Can be very busy. Probably fair to say better to go there for the beers than for the food
  • Very popular pub that has a real country feel to it. Nice patio area to the front. Great real ales.
  • Extremely busy when I went, I think it must have been a party or large group all together but food still came out fast and service was great
  • Cool local spot we found roaming. Great for a pint and quick snacks.
  • Drinks outside on a nice warm day
  • Friendly staff, great roast and burgers, nice selection of beer all in a beautiful space with comfy atmosphere
  • Fresh Campari soda and black pepper & sea salt
  • Good fun if you don't mind the inevitable long wait at the bar to be served and the bum fight thereafter to find somewhere to sit/stand and drink. Don't bother with the 'restaurant' though.
  • Nice afterworks there
  • A typical Chelsea side road pub. Which is a good thing.
