  • For brunch, Anella has a prix fixe menu for $19 that includes your choice of entre, along with coffee, tea or soda, and a Bloody Mary, mimosa or OJ. Via
  • Way Greenpoint and quiet on the street. Inside this neighborhood gem a vegetable paradise awaits, with wine and service to match. Meat, too!
  • Village Voice is proud to welcome Anella to the 2014 Choice Eats food fest! They have a wonderful backyard patio which makes for a great outdoor place to have a meal.
  • If you haven't had brunch at Anella yet, you're doing Greenpoint wrong #Brunchpoint
  • Food here is absolutely delicious. They also have pretty good cocktails. The best part? The bread comes is served in a flower pot. 'Nuff said.
  • The homemade burrata is sublime, as is the free bread baked in a flowerpot.
  • The butternut squash soup is delish!
  • Try the food.
  • Bloody Marys make excellent companions at your brunch table.
  • Greenpoint gem. So good, great date spot. Worth the wait to sit in the garden if it's nice out. I usually never order chicken at restaurants, I did and it was fantastic.
  • The gemelli pasta here is rich and delicious, but not too heavy. The bar is made from salvaged pieces of piano and equipment from the Steinway piano factory.
  • Incredibly rude host. Went elsewhere after that experience. Shame.
  • The chicken is always perfect, and the sausage (new to the menu for fall) is a must.
  • Open late on weeknights and the chicken is always magical.
  • Brunch biscuit.
  • The mushroom, pea and other stuff tagliatelle is for sure in the top 5 pasta dishes I've ever had. Order it!
  • The lamb ragu papardelle is delicious. The smaller size is perfect for medium hunger level. They bring out very tasty fresh baked bread to start off your dinner.
  • The menu's always changing, the prices aren't gougey, and there's plenty of outdoor seating. If you can't snag a table here, grab a drink at The Diamond and check out their sister restaurant, Calyer.
  • Try the French toast!!! You deserve it!
  • Ask to get a fried egg on your BLT. It's not on the menu with egg, but they'll happily do it! Also, get a biscuit on the side. Buttery and fluffy, crispy on the outside perfection.
