Tips

  • The vibe was super-cool 10 years ago. Not so much today. But Alma is still the standby for groups who want one more drink at the end of the night. Inevitably, they end up having more than one more.
  • Ask for Cosmo's pinkest cocktail, better known as the Pomegranate-Grapefruit Caipiroska. All of our favorite juices combined with vodka make for one un-put-downable drink.
  • Best Ceviches are: Sea Scallops, Thai Mixto, & Peruvian Black Bass! Yummm!
  • Love the hibiscus magarita
  • Order the oysters, strip steak (vaca frita), tapioca pudding and a mojito and you're set
  • Vaca frita. And ceviches. Must haves
  • Black Cherry Caipirinha buenazaaaa!
  • Best mojitos EVER!
  • I waited a solid 15 minutes for a drink in the lounge area.....waitress just disappeared!
  • The Tuna Tartare Tacos are Alma De Amazing
  • Alma de Cuba recalls colonial Havana and evokes the sensual essence of Latin America. Each of the 3 floors while providing an array of bold flavors to satisfy every palette.
  • $6 drinks and $6 taps weekdays 5 to 7 pm. great deal and great food and drinks !
  • This spot regularly offers a $39 three-course menu items change seasonally for $39 (plus tax and tip). Get it with a classic mojito for $45.
  • The duck ropa vieja is simply amazing.
  • Restaurant week menu is very disappointing. Chose a different restaurant to enjoy.
  • I'm a big ceviche fan, and the sampling of five out of eight ceviches we had here was simply delicious.
  • Best Mojitos in Philadelphia!
  • It was awesome!!! So much ambiance and top notch service!
  • Definitely try royal palm dates. Awesome!
  • Try the Dark & Stormy, one of Philadelphia's best drinks.
