Tips

  • What to get: Deviled eggs with pastrami bacon; bowl of pickles, tomatoes, and cucumbers; steamed mussels with lomo; Cuban-style pressed-pork sandwich; grilled quail; grilled rib eye; lamb Bolognese.
  • The cheeses are delicious!
  • Best bar in Silver Spring! Great bartenders!
  • Best Pimms cup in town.
  • Duck fat tossed fries. Get them like now.
  • A cool & casual two-story restaurant/lounge. With chef Pedro Matamoros in the kitchen, curing ducks & preparing terrines for his excellent charcuterie board, you cannot go wrong with this place.
  • The rib-eye steak was ultra tender and hyper delicious.
  • Still thinking of the awesome gnocchi, even after a recent trip to Italy.
  • the duck fat fries are so good as are the deviled eggs
  • Ginger lime martini to begin and the chocolate cloud dessert to end. Every thing in between was perfection.
  • DC fine dining without the trip into town.
  • duck fat fries!!!!
  • Great terrines and cured meats!
  • Try the peach cocktail served up like a martini
  • Love the peaches on the rocks cocktail and my company Kevin and Courtney!
  • Great place to eat if you're glutten free and dairy free!
  • Great atmosphere, wine, beer & food - steps from metro. And from my office! Yes, I'm there often.
  • Great bar, well crafted cocktails, best calamari I've ever had.
  • Tried the cocktails , the ginger martini was good, duck fries dont deserve the hype. Chicken liver Pate with bread was nice.
  • Overpriced, sub-par food
