The 46 seat operation will feature artisan, hand-crafted breads, coffee and a “toast bar” so guests may prepare their own bread-based creations.

Former “Top Chef” alum Adam Harvey will open his casual multi-day-part concept this summer at 548 Fourth Ave. The restaurant will open early for commuters’ coffee and baked goods until late for dinner and drinks. Locals can browse and shop from the in-house butcher shop and cheese larder which also supplies the restaurant with its grass-fed meats.

This eclectic 24-hour eatery serving breakfast to beers with classic burgers and southwestern fare will open their new unit at 2200 Victory Ave in spring, 2016.
