The Catering Institute workshop will address challenges, solutions to catering sales growth
Vancouver, B.C. (RestaurantNews.com) The Catering Institute’s one-day Catering Sales Management Workshop will bring together restaurant catering leaders looking to a build a better sales culture inside their organizations. The workshop, to be held Oct. 13 at The Omni Park West Hotel in Dallas, will address cold calling techniques, lead generation and prospecting and consultative selling, among other topics.
