This gin-based cocktail designed by Beverage Director Evelyn Ciszak has flavors of tea, pineapple, and cilantro, making this one of the best gin cocktails out there.
- 1 Ounce Seagram’s Dry Gin
- 1 Ounce Theia’s Organic Jasmine Tea Liquor
- 1 Ounce pineapple juice
- 1/2 Ounce lemon juice
- 2 sprigs of cilantro
Combine gin, Theia liquor, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and the leaves picked from 1 cilantro sprig into mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain and pour into Highball with fresh ice. Garnish with the other cilantro sprig.
