Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 package of mccormick® white chicken chili seasoning mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can of white beans, undrained
Directions
  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in Seasoning Mix, water and beans. Bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve with desired toppings.
