Tropical Island Time Spritz

Sip on this cocktail and imagine you’re soaking in the sun on a desert island

This sweet and pretty cocktail can be made in pitchers for serving at all your summer parties.

  • 1 Ounce coconut rum, such as Sugar Island
  • 1 Ounce pineapple juice
  • 3/4 Ounces lemon juice
  • 3/4 Ounces Aperol
  • 1/4 Ounce simply syrup
  • Sparkling rosé wine


Combine all the ingredients, apart from the sparkling rosé wine, together. Pour into a glass filled with ice and top up with sparkling rosé.
