Ingredients
  • 1 ounce coconut rum, such as sugar island
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce aperol
  • 1/4 ounce simply syrup
  • sparkling rosé wine
Directions
  1. Combine all the ingredients, apart from the sparkling rosé wine, together. Pour into a glass filled with ice and top up with sparkling rosé.
