Ingredients
  • 1 pound foster farms organic ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • salsa
  • tortilla chips
  • mexican blend shredded cheese
Directions
  1. Heat olive oil in skillet. Cook onions until translucent. Add ground turkey and season with salt and pepper. Season with taco seasoning or chili powder/paprika/cumin/garlic powder to taste. Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray. Layer chips -> turkey -> salsa -> cheese. Repeat. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
