Ingredients

  • 1 Ounce Lillet Rose
  • 1/2 Ounce vodka
  • 1/2 Ounce strawberry and rhubarb syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 Ounce watermelon juice

Directions

Shake and strain on ice and top with 2 ounces Santa Margherita Sparkling Rosé. Garnish with watermelon radish wheels.
