This recipe, courtesy of Santa Margherita, combines strawberry, rhubarb, and watermelon with rosé for a light, refreshing, and totally delicious cocktail.

Ingredients
  • 1 ounce lillet rose
  • 1/2 ounce vodka
  • 1/2 ounce strawberry and rhubarb syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 ounce watermelon juice
Directions
  1. Shake and strain on ice and top with 2 ounces Santa Margherita Sparkling Rosé. Garnish with watermelon radish wheels.
