This spring salad is sull of flavor and fresh seasonal treats
In a another mixing bowl toss the tomatoes and strawberry’s with the vinaigrette, salt and pepper. On 2 plates arrange the tomatoes how you want it, and arrange the cheese and walnuts around and on top, Toss the watercress with a little vinaigrette and place on top of tomatoes. Serve and enjoy.
In a small pot bring vinegar and citrus to a quick boil, shut off and dissolve sugar in liquid. Allow to cool down then in a mixing bowl whisk together with grapeseed oil. Season with a pinch of salt. Consistency will be a broken vinaigrette.
