• 2 Ounces Casamigos Blanco
  • ¾ Ounce Thai Chile Aperol
  • 1 Ounce grapefruit juice
  • ½ Ounce lime juice
  • ½ Ounce simple syrup
  • Seltzer


Combine all ingredients except the seltzer in a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake until cold, then strain into a Collins glass filled 1/3 of the way with ice. Top with a little soda and float a grapefruit slice in the glass.
