Spicy Grapefruit Cocktail

This recipe, provided by Blue Ice Vodka, a handcrafted, gluten-free, non-GMO, American potato vodka, is sure to wake you up with its serrano chile peppers.


  • 2 Ounces vodka, such as Blue Ice Vodka
  • 4 to 6 serrano chile peppers
  • ½ Cup pink grapefruit
  • ½ Ounce simple syrup


In a shaker, muddle four to six slices of serrano chile pepper, fresh-squeezed pink grapefruit juice, and simple syrup.

Next, add ice and Blue Ice Vodka.

Shake well and pour over ice, or you can strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit, and throw in a few slices of serrano peppers for an extra kick!
