Sausage balls

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 3 cup biscuit baking mix, such as bisquik
  • 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Mix well with hands.
  4. Form mixture in to bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Put formed sausage balls on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
