Ingredients
- 2 pound cubed pork tenderloin or 1 boneless pork shoulder
- 1 tablespoon apple wood smoke rub
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Directions
- Rub spices and sugar into pork thoroughly. Put in the crock pot. Pour barbecue sauce all over the meat and make sure it it well coated.
- Place the lid on the slow cooker. Set on low for 8 hours.
- DO NOT remove the lid until finished cooking.
