New Year, new you. If you’re looking to slim down in 2016, give this smoothie recipe a try.

  • 1 scoop of vanilla soy protein powder
  • 1 Cup green tea, brewed
  • 1/2 peach


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until the liquid reaches desired texture. You can use frozen peaches, and it’s best to let the green tea cool down before making your smoothie.
