The Sea Fire Grill’s Crème Brûlée

This French classic is easy to make at home with a few simple steps and is topped with sliced strawberries and served with a side of vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 60 egg yolks
  • 6 Cups sugar
  • 6 quarts of heavy cream
  • 6 pieces of vanilla bean

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk until thoroughly mixed. Add mixture to ramekins, making sure to not fill the whole ramekin, about more than half way.

Bake for 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees.

When it comes out of the oven top with sliced fresh strawberries.
