Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Ounce rum, such as Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum
  • 1 Ounce fresh sour
  • 1/2 Ounce fresh lychee juice or syrup
  • 1/2 Ounce pineapple juice
  • 1 lime wedge, for garnish

Directions

Pour all the ingredients except the lime into a shaker. Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with the lime wedge, and serve.

Add another layer of flavor to your cocktails by making your own simple syrup – combine equal parts sugar and water with whatever aromatics you like – fresh herbs, whole spices, citrus, or chile peppers – heat to dissolve sugar and strain before using.
