- 2 Ounces gin
- 3/4 Ounces Combier
- 1 1/4 Ounce lime juice
- 1/2 Ounce simple syrup
- 2 drops saline solution (Morton Fine Sea Salt/water)
Make saline solution by boiling water and adding salt until no more can be dissolved.
Shake all of the ingredients together with ice.
Strain into salt-rimmed glass.
Lime wedge garnish.
