New York City's legendary 21 Club opened on January 1, 1930. Relive a little bit of history with this fizzy, celebratory cocktail made from muddled strawberries, whisky, gin liqueur and Champagne.

Ingredients

  • 1 Ounce Suntory Toki Whisky
  • 3/4 Ounces Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur
  • 3/4 Ounces Fino Sherry
  • 3/4 Ounces Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 Ounces Honey Syrup (2:1)
  • 1 and 1/2 ounces Champagne
  • 2 Strawberries

Directions

Begin by muddling strawberries with honey syrup in a mixing tin; add all other ingredients except Champagne.

Fill tin with ice, shake vigorously and fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Top with Champagne, stir gently to incorporate.

Garnish with a strawberry slice.
