Rouge Tomate's Spring Pea Mojito

Deliver Ingredients


  • 1.5 Ounces Lavender Infused Rum
  • 2 Ounces Fresh organic pea juice
  • 1 Ounce Yuzu juice
  • 1/2 Ounce biodynamic elderflower syrup
  • 1 Ounce Mint juice (mint blended with water)


In a mixing glass, add all ingredients except for the mint juice. Shake. Serve in a highball over crushed ice. Pour 1oz of mint juice on top of the crushed ice for a nice visual effect. Garnish with a nice, fresh mint sprig.
