1 ounce bourbon
½ ounce fresh lemon juice
¾ ounce dark amber maple syrup
1 large spring of rosemary (plus a couple small sprigs for garnish)
Crush the large sprig of rosemary and add it to shaker.
Add bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, and ice, and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Strain into rocks glasses with ice and garnish with remaining rosemary sprigs.
