Try this roasted buttercup squash recipe with sage

- 1 Cup buttercup squash, diced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 Tablespoon sage, chopped
Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Season squash with salt, pepper, and sage.
