- 2 Cups large butternut or buttercup squash, peeled and seeded, cut into medium dice
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 Teaspoons nutmeg
Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Season squash with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until squash is fork tender.
