- 2 Cups Champagne (brut, extra dry, or prosecco)*
- 1 Cup raspberry sorbet
- 1 Cup ice
- fresh raspberries
Add Champagne, sorbet, and ice cubes to blender. Allow Champagne bubbles to settle. Select “Ice Crush” and blend. Pour into chilled Champagne flutes and garnish with raspberries. Makes 2 servings. For a nonalcoholic version, replace Champagne with sparkling white grape juice.
