Pumpkin Pie Paleo Coffee


I am on a paleo coffee breakfast kick.. I decided to make this one pumpkin coffee and pumpkin puree. I even brought some to my Crossfit Box and let my box makes sample. It was a hit....


  • 2 Cups Pumpkin coffee, organic
  • 1 14.5 can coconut milk
  • 1/4 Cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Freshly ground nutmeg
  • 1 Scoop SFH Vanilla Protein


  1. Add all ingredients in your Vitamix blender to combine well. Pour into a container or your to-go mug or keep in the blender overnight.

  2. Shake before enjoying after your WOD or your breakfast to go!
