This pound cake sundae is perfect with ripe summer peaches. The macerated peaches add color to the Breyers' vanilla ice cream sundae.
  • 2 peaches, diced
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon basil, sliced thin
  • 4 slices of plain pound cake, toasted
  • 1 cup breyers natural vanilla ice cream
  1. Mix the peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and basil in a small bowl. To make the sundaes, place a slice of toasted pound cake on a plate, then top with a scoop of ice cream and cover generously with the macerated peaches.
