- 1 part coconut rum (like Sugar Island coconut rum)
- 1/2 Teaspoon orange marmalade
- 2 cube fresh pineapple
- 2 part coconut water
- splash soda water
- sliced pineapple for garnish
Muddle pineapple well in a shaker, and add remaining ingredients and shake until frothy. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with a splash of soda and garnish with a fresh slice of pineapple.
