Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 parts pernod absinthe
  • 1 1/2 parts gin, such as plymouth gin
  • 1/2 parts sugar syrup (two parts sugar; one part water)
  • 1/2 parts fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 parts water
  • 4 raspberries
  • lemon slice, for garnish
Directions
  1. Shake and double strain all ingredients into a small rock glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
