Nothing satisfies in the summer quite like a crisp, delicious hard apple cider. This cocktail takes that fresh flavor to the next level with fresh herbs and cucumber, creating the ultimate hot weather cocktail.

- 4 Ounces Angry Orchard Easy Apple
- 1 Ounce white rum
- 1/2 Ounce lime juice
- 1/2 Ounce simple syrup
- 1 Dash of Angostura bitters
- 2 slices cucumber, muddled
- 5 –6 mint leaves, muddled
Muddle mint and cucumber in a shaker then add all ingredients except cider.
Shake with ice and fine strain into a rocks glass with ice and top with cider.
Garnish with a mint sprig and cucumber wheel.
