Mini Samosa Cocktail Bags
Crunchy on the outside and savory-spicy and juicy on the inside. A perfect samosa in a bite size, great as a cocktail or mock tail snack. And look so adorable.

- 5 spring roll wrapper thawed
- 1 1/4 frozen peas
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1 Teaspoon cumin
- 1 Teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 Teaspoon dry mango powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon garam masala
- 1 Teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- salt to taste
- oil to deep fry
Sauté the peas in butter add all the masala (spices) and let it cool.
Cut spring roll wrapper in 4 equal sections. Add 1 tsp peas in each fold up and tie with a bakers twine.
Deep fry till golden brown, remove from oil, drain excess oil and let it cool. Not cut the twine. Serve warm.
