Ingredients
  • 5 spring roll wrapper thawed
  • 1 1/4 frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry mango powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • salt to taste
  • oil to deep fry
Directions
  1. Sauté the peas in butter add all the masala (spices) and let it cool.
  2. Cut spring roll wrapper in 4 equal sections. Add 1 tsp peas in each fold up and tie with a bakers twine.
  3. Deep fry till golden brown, remove from oil, drain excess oil and let it cool. Not cut the twine. Serve warm.
