Sauté the peas in butter add all the masala (spices) and let it cool.
Cut spring roll wrapper in 4 equal sections. Add 1 tsp peas in each fold up and tie with a bakers twine.
Deep fry till golden brown, remove from oil, drain excess oil and let it cool. Not cut the twine. Serve warm.
