- 5 cups tequila, preferably Cuervo Gold (so, it’s not top-shelf, but we’ve tried them all and this is the best)
- 3 cups plus 2 tablespoons triple sec
- 1 ¾ cups plus 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- Coarse salt
Combine all the ingredients except the salt in a large pitcher, add ice, and stir vigorously for about 30 seconds. Spoon out the ice cubes. Store the pitcher in the refrigerator until party time. Serve in glasses with salted rims.
