  • ½ cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 cup kale
  • ¼ cup strawberries
  • ¼ cup ice
  • 1 teaspoon blackstrap molasses
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon clove
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • pinch cardamom
