Mashed Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes

Sometimes you just want a little dessert at dinner. And instead of reaching for a side dish of chocolate cake, reach for these mashed sweet potatoes instead. Slightly healthier and a heck of a lot more appropriate for dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 3 Tablespoons cinnamon sugar
  • 1/2 Cup milk

Directions

In a large pot, boil potatoes until they are soft. Drain them and pour into a large mixing bowl. Add in the butter, milk, and cinnamon sugar and mix until creamy.
