Ingredients

  • 1 strawberry, muddled
  • 3 Tablespoons pomegranate seeds, muddled
  • 2 Ounces pinot noir, such as Mark West pinot noir
  • 2 Ounces club soda
  • 2 Ounces rum

Directions

In a small bowl, muddle strawberry and pomegranate seeds. Strain into a cocktail shaker and add Mark West pinot noir, club soda, and rum. Shake and serve over ice, with remaining pomegranate seeds as garnish. Cheers.
