Ingredients

  • 1 Cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 1/2 Cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 Teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Cups crushed ice

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth — make sure the ice is completely crushed.
