- 4 Cups milk or half and half
- 3 Tablespoons malt powder
- 8 Ounces milk chocolate, finely chopped
- 6 Ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- pinch salt
- Lightly sweetened whipped cream
Put about half of the milk (or half and half) in a medium saucepan with the malt power, chocolates and salt over moderate heat, stirring until the chocolate is melted.
Add the remaining milk and heat till it starts to simmer. Whisk together or blend with hand blender.
