Bursting with a whole bucketful of good for you nutrition plus the benefits of prebiotics from the yacón syrup will give your body a gigantic healthy boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup raw almonds
  • 1 Cup raw walnuts
  • 1 Cup raw hazelnuts
  • 1/2 Cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 3 Tablespoons yacón syrup
  • 1 egg white

Directions

Place all the nuts in your blender and blend until they are broken up but not crumbs.

In a separate bowl, add the nuts, sunflower seeds, yacón syrup, and egg white and mix together.

Spoon the ingredients onto a greased tray.

Using a sharp knife score the nut crunch into 16 squares.

Bake for 1 hour at 190 degrees Fahrenheit, then turn the crunch over and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
