The Late Night Lychee

This sweet margarita bites back with the help of cilantro and jalapeño

Lychee — a fragrant berry that tastes like a grape, a strawberry, and a watermelon had a baby — is the perfect fruity addition to your margarita. With a touch of cilantro and jalapeño, this is sweet and spicy.

  • 1 1/2 Cup tequila, preferably Sauza Signature Blue Silver
  • 1/2 Cup lychee-infused simple syrup
  • 1/2 Cup lime juice
  • 15 sprigs of cilantro
  • 8 jalapeño slices, for garnish
  • 8 Lychee, for garnish


Add ingredients to an ice-filled pitcher and stir.

Pour over ice into salt-rimmed margarita glasses.

Garnish with lychee and jalapeño.
