All you need is 5 minutes, a packet of ramen, and a few other healthy ingredients to take your package of instant ramen and totally transform it into a healthy meal.

Ingredients
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 package ramen noodles, without spice packet
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup kimchi
  • a handful of bean sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • a sprinkle of red pepper flakes
  • 1 scallion, chopped
  • salt, to taste
Directions
  1. Add the water, kimchi, bean sprouts, sesame oil, rice vinegar, smoked paprika, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and ramen noodles in a small pot and bring to a boil. Cook until noodles are tender.
  2. Serve topped with egg and scallions.
