The Kentucky Gridlock will make lovers of richness and coffee happy by putting stout, bourbon, and Chameleon Black Coffee Concentrate in a glass with brown sugar simple syrup for good measure. Now that sounds like a winner!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ounce bourbon
  • 3/4 ounce brown sugar simple syrup
  • 2 ounce stout
  • 2 ounce cold-brew coffee, such as chameleon cold-brew black coffee concentrate
  • fresh grated cinnamon, for garnish
  • 1/2 ounce cream
Directions
  1. Mix equal parts brown sugar and water, stir. Build in glass, garnishing with cinnamon and the float of cream, and stir four times.
  2. Serve in a Collins glass.
